Integrated Human Capital, part of the Santana Group of companies, was founded in Texas in 2002 by founder and Chief Executive Officer Rosa Santana. Family ownership has guided the company every year since. What started as a mission to serve businesses along the Texas-Mexico border has grown into a full-service staffing and recruiting company, with a team whose combined industry experience runs well over a century.
But the size of our footprint has never changed how we operate: every client and candidate gets the same level of attention we gave our very first placement.
